From the Desk of the Acting Worthy Grand Matron:

Seasons come, seasons go, and can you believe it is February already?  We are making plans and hoping
you are preparing for Grand Chapter in Alexandria in March.

The Louisiana Masonic Grand Lodge Session will be held in Monroe, February 12 - 13.  Congratualtions to Brother Woody D. Bilyeu, Most Worshipful Grand Master, for his year of service and a job well done.  We wish him and his officers a great Two Hundredth Grand Lodge Session.  We also wish Mr. B.J. Guillot, incoming Most Worshipful Grand Master, and his officers the very best for 2011-2012.

ANNOUNCEMENT……..Get your passports and join Sister Joy Beth and Brother Oscar on a TRIP TO THE HOLY LAND!  Contact Brother Oscar for more information and details if interested in the trip scheduled December, 2011.  If you are not aware, after the down payment, the balance can be paid monthly.  If anyone is interested in getting college hours, this also can be done.  This is an open trip - your family members, Sunday School members, and pastors are all invited to share this amazing trip with us.

Reminder:

Have you sent your project report to the District Chairman and the State Chairman? The money for the various projects is to be sent to the Grand Secretary prior to January 31st and the District Chairman should be notified.

Two copies of the Chapter Annual Activity Report (for the chapter Award of Excellence) go to the DDGM, then forwarded to the Acting WGM.  DO NOT INCLUDE THIS WITH YOUR QUARTERLY REPORTS TO THE GRAND SUPERVISOR.  The Grand Secretary does not receive these Annual Activity Reports or the Quarterly Reports.

"Remember always keep a smile on your face, a prayer in your heart, and greet all with a warm hug."

                                                                            Fraternally with OES love,
