Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Thank you for a wonderful
year filled with friendships, love and many miracles. Grand Chapter is like Christmas, when we flip
the calendar to March, we work very hard, up to the last minute, getting
everything in place for our “Special Guests” and
Time flies when you are
having fun, and February was no different from the other months. We had Honor Nights, a Courtesy Visit and a
Visit out of state this month with Valentine and Mardi Gras themes. I had the opportunity of sharing time with
Sister Vi Griffin, Associate Grand Conductress of Texas in Anahuac and
Our hearts were saddened at
the passing of Sister Myrtle Alexander, PGM.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Our sympathy goes out to her family.
As I close out this “Miracles
of Life” Grand Chapter year, thank you for your Kindness, Faith and Caring; you
have made me very happy. I would like to
close with this poem.
A miracle called love dwells within the heart,
You don’t know how it happens,
Or where it gets its start.
But the happiness that it brings you
Always gives a joyful lift,
It is then that you realize that
Love is God’s most precious gift!
Remember KFC….Kindness brings

INFORMATION FOR GRAND CHAPTER
TICKET ORDER FORM - On the Ticket Order form, please make a note that the
cost for the Past Grand’s Association Luncheon is $21.00 (page 2 of the form).
SECRETARIES: If you
applied for permission to practice, in place of someone getting a proficiency
in your chapter, please include the dates that your Chapter practiced each
quarter. Remember that the Chapter’s Annual Activity Report needs to be sent to
the DDGM and to the Worthy Grand Matron.
CREDENTIALS: It
is most helpful to all involved if you would pre-register for Grand Chapter. Just
as a reminder on Wednesday, March 25th,
registration will open at 8:00 a.m. in order for everyone to register, receive their information packets, ballots
and vote cards. Registration will then close at 9:00 a.m. to finalize the count
for election to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Registration will then reopen at 10:00 a.m.
ASSISTANCE: We will need assisting Grand Warders, Grand Sentinels and also members to participate in our Grand Choir. Please contact the following:

Tentative Program for the “Council Fires” 46th Triennial Assembly
has been received. If you would like to

McDonald, PP, has graciously agreed to be our Housing Chairman for General
Grand Chapter. All members who are planning
to go to GGC are asked to please fill out a Housing Form, and get it to John as

many acts of love and kindness extended to us during Myrtle’s illness and
death. Your cards calls and especially your attendance at the Eastern
